Debbie’s teaching experience started in 1996 in the fitness industry with a focus on aerobics, weight lifting and spinning. Yoga primarily became a personal practice to help her work through some injuries due to overuse in repetitive movements of aerobics, and in the process realized how much this practice benefited her not just physically but mentally...

Debbie has been living her yoga ever since and began sharing the beauty of this practice with others in 2001.
Previous to her time with Shiva and the Samudra School, Debbie had trained with several master teachers such as Rod Stryker, Ana Forrest, and Rodney Yee. In 2009 her path brought her Coral Brown, which led her to Shiva ( and she is forever grateful!)

       Since that time Debbie has completed the 200 hour path with Shiva and is working towards the 500 hour level ( to be completed April 2012).    In addition to assisting Shiva on the east coast, has been a mentor since 2010 and locally assists Coral with the Prana Flow Affiliate training in RI.

Debbie feels so grateful to be part of the Tribe and to be continuing this personal evolution!
