Debi began her study and practice of yoga to help on her journey of becoming a Black Belt in Japanese Jujitsu over 15years ago. She took her first workshop with Shiva Rea in 2000 and realized her study of yoga had become the focus of her life. Debi completed the 200-hour yoga teacher-training at Yoga Haven in 2004 and continued her training with Shiva Rea, to complete her 500-hour training in March 2009. She has additional trainings in Prenatal, Post Natal, Restorative and Kids Yoga.

Debi's teaching is influenced by her studies with Shiva Rea- emphasizing fluid movement and prana flow, building strength in the body while maintaining flexibility and strength of mind and spirit. Debi knows the importance of harmony and balance in life and provides a comfortable yet challenging environment in all her classes.
