Developed for years in Shiva’s teacher training program the Living Yoga Sadhana™ Series Online TeleCourses give students and teachers a balance of teachings from Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra and Bhakti, practice, reflection and real living yoga integrations. Series occurs in ritual alignment with the seasonal, lunar and solar and sacred holiday rhythms throughout the year.
Living Yoga Sadhana is based on a decade of transformational work with teacher trainees around the world to understand the link between yoga and life-healing to understand how to sequence the flow of one's life-energy with the many sacred cycles or Living Vinyasa. For many yoga practitioners in urban centers, it is essential to know how to synch your being to the larger macro rhythms of the Sun and the Moon as a way of creating optimum flow in one's body and life. For Prana Flow® Teachers and Trainees, this a way to stay connected no matter where you are in the world as we learn to slow down towards more lunar healing or activate the solar capacity of one's life-energy in service to our life.
