Three Jewels of the Practice: Prana Vira Flow Sequences
Three Jewels of the Practice
Prana Vira Flow - Empowering Vinyasa without Staff
Considered the sister practice to PranaDandaYoga, Prana Vira Flow is also a fusion of the Indian martial art of Kalaripayattu, Prana Flow Yoga and the dynamic form of PranaDandaYoga. Prana Vira Flow focuses on metaphysical empowerment through embodiment. PVF initiates with a meditation on the archetype and qualities of the Heroine as one enters into a kriya of warrior stances and movements with pure intentional vision to generate merit and wisdom to serve. Through sequencing of powerful asanas, hand mudras, mantra and meditation the yogini/yogi harnesses the energetic body, fortifies the mind and opens the heart to radiate the loving courage of the Shanti Hero.
