Retreat cost is determined by your accommodation choice, Manaltheeram/Somatheeram Beach Resort offers luxury cottages categorized into Garden Cottage and Oceanview Cottage. All of the rooms are equipped with modern amenities and services.
*PLEASE NOTE! While most of the program happens at Manaltheeram, some of our group is staying next door at the sister center, Somatheeram.

SINGLE GARDEN COTTAGES:
Garden cottages are cozy and give the occupant a homely atmosphere and the chance to build an intimacy with the ambiance of Manaltheeram. There are beautiful gardens in front of the cottages, which is the perfect place to spend a lazy day close to nature. Rectangular or circular in plan, garden cottages are non A/C accommodation facilities, built with local materials and properly ventilated for maximum air flow. Most of the rooms provide hammocks for the occupants.
RATE: $1,805.00 after 8/1 ($1,605.00 Early Bird Discount) per person
DOUBLE GARDEN COTTAGE:

These independent circular thatched villas offer a great view of the sea
which will enable you to enjoy the scenic beauty of Manaltheeram during
your stay. Built with mud and bricks these cottages give a feeling of
being nearer to nature. They do not have A/C, although there is proper
natural ventilation.
RATE: $2,021.00 After 8/1 ($1,821.00 EBD) per person
DOUBLE SPECIAL COTTAGE:
These shared, yet independent circular thatched villas offer a great view of the sea which will enable you to enjoy the scenic beauty of Manaltheeram during your stay. Built with mud and bricks these cottages give a feeling of being nearer to nature. They do not have A/C, although there is proper natural ventilation.
RATE: $1,625.00 After 8/1 ($1,425.00 EBD) per person
Cancellation Policy for Samudra Retreats:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your space for this retreat.
In the event of cancellation:
- 60 days or more prior to the retreat: Your entire payment will be refunded, less the $500 deposit.
- 59-30 days prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less the $500 deposit) to a future Samudra Retreat with in 2 years.
- 29 days or less prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable and not transferable..
