The 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered program includes:  Embodying the Flow, Pathways of Flow, and Mandala of Asanas as our foundational opening modules. Fluid Power, Chakra Vinyasa and Hear Fire: Tending the Flame of you Sva Shakti serve the second part of the program to complete our full 200 hour teacher studies program.  We offer this program both on the east coast at Kripalu Center for Yoga and at Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in Venice, California.  

Requirements:
180 program contact hours completed by attending our teacher training modules
Complete six Sacred Reading Projects
Complete Embodiment Project Demonstrate teaching methodology and application via a 30 minute video
Participate in Living Yoga Sadhana Project Complete final take-home written exam.

200 Certification:
Complete : 180 contact hours, living sadhana project, sacred reading list and responses, embodiment project, written test, teaching demonstration video
