My great passion in life is inspiring and empowering people through movement to feel, look and be their best. My traditional fitness past gradually evolved into a spiritual practice. I teach Prana Flow Yoga, Yoga Dance, Mat Pilates, Nia and mindful water exercise. Awakening the joy of movement and the divine energy that resides within all of us is the underling intention of my teachings. My certifications include ACE, Stott Pilates and Nia Black Belt. In 2011 I completed the 300 Hour Prana Flow Yoga Teacher Training.

I am guided by intelligent sequencing, creativity and intuition. My style is fluid, graceful, strong and powerful. Bhakti yoga has greatly inspired me to integrate chanting and mantras in class. My ongoing Sva Dharma project is offering my teachings to the women of the House of Hope, a rehabilitation facility.

I'm in my early 60's and a teacher for over 25 years. I am excited about my continued sacred path of learning and teaching so I can heal and empower myself and expand my consciousness to become a healthier, happier, more peaceful and prosperous person.
