Amy completed her first 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training at Yoga Union in Portland, OR; she currently teaches flow classes in this heart-felt community four times a week. In addition, Amy completed the 200 hour Prana Flow Teacher Certification and continues to study with Shiva whenever possible!
