Gina's passionate and inspirational style of teaching is a balanced fusion of empowering Prana Flow® yoga, spiritual intention and humor. She is a motivating yet nurturing teacher known for her playful style of encouraging you to fearlessly navigate your edge, discover the power within you and step into the fullness of your potential.

Gina has been a student of and assistant to Shiva Rea since 2001 whom she gratefully met while one of the co-owners of Sacred Movement Center for Yoga & Healing, now Exhale Spa. In 2004 she opened Kansas Siddhi Yoga in Kansas City, MO and when not being a nomad yogini in her Airstream, is based there teaching shaktified Prana Flow® classes and transformational Teacher Trainings!
