When the many life paths of music, dance, bliss, and yoga merged in the sea of Shiva Rea's Prana Flow, Sarah knew she had found her teacher and could truly connect to the original flow within. She is deeply honored to be one of Shiva Rea’s assistants and act as a mentor for Shiva’s Prana Flow Teacher Training program.

Sarah brings the warmth of aloha to Lancaster with her creative, playful, and loving flow. A lifelong student of movement, she is profoundly grateful to co-lead the 200 and 500 hour Teacher Training Programs in the transformational Evolution community. Trained in Thai massage, she believes in sharing metta, or loving-kindness, by connecting through intuitive touch. As a Yoga Life Coach, Sarah empowers growth from the inside out.

When not at the studio, you can catch Sarah riding the land waves on her longboard, dancing where the music is, or soaking up the sweet sun when it shines.
