Studio(s): YogaThree

Chanel Luck is the co-founder and director of YogaThree (www.yogathree.com), a company devoted to community, wellness, and travel. Chanel travels nationally and internationally to teach and assist teacher trainings and retreats. She is a Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training Mentor and currently travels worldwide with her beloved teacher, Shiva Rea. Additionally, she holds teacher certifications in Asthanga Yoga Primary Series, Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa, as well as Forrest Yoga , having completed both the foundational and advanced modules in the styles.

Students love her creative sequencing, spirited music selection, and energetic teaching style. She is natural, lighthearted, and engaging. Chanel’s classes are powerful and playful; expect to be pushed to your limit and be cradled at your edge. In her powerful Prana Flow® based classes she uses music and specially crafted sequencing to take you on a deep, pulsing journey through your body. You will feel like you have been at the gym and getting a massage by the time you arrive in savasana. She specializes in working with professional athletes, injuries, arm balancing and inversions.

She is also passionately committed to healing the world on an individual level and can offer gentle flows and restorative based practices in her teaching when needed. Chanel is a trained Cranial Sacral Therapist, A Visionary Approach, and has done all of her trainings with Hugh Milne, the founder of the Milne Institute. Additionally she has studied Structural Integration Therapy with creator Tom Meyers, with a specific focus on the neck and pelvic regions. She uses both bodywork and therapeutic approaches to yoga to help individuals experience their divine potential. Her bodywork sessions are carefully crafted to maximize your own unique healing potential. Her approach is gentle, non-invasive, precise in technique and visionary in application. Through the heart of listening her sessions help the client journey into the breath of life- a place where deep release, healing, alignment, and equanimity can occur.

When she is not at the yoga center, she can be found traveling the states representing SAFER, (Students Active For Ending Rape), a nonprofit that she co-founded while a student at Skidmore College, where she graduated with a dual degree in Neuropsychology and English. “My greatest wish as a yoga teacher and bodyworker is to help my students and clients feel powerful in their bodies, find their inner strength, heal, and connect to their hearts.”
