Yoga allows us to explore the many layers of ourselves and the world around us. In vinyasa, we synch breath and movement, allowing our inner state to be reflected in our outer expressions. Through the practice of yoga, we remember how to move seamlessly with each breath cycle into the essence of life. The classes I offer are in the Prana Vinyasa style. Breath awareness, fluidity and freedom are found as we move through an elemental combination of solar/lunar sequences.
After studying many different styles of yoga, I found Prana Vinyasa and discovered my teacher, Shiva Rea. I am currently working on completing my Masters in Sustainability with a concentration in Green Building and a focus on Water.
