Carole has a Masters Degree in Psychology, and has combined this knowledge with her yoga experience to create a heart-centered way of connecting body, breath, and mind through Prana Flow® Yoga. Her strength is providing yoga to varying populations in a fun, creative, light-hearted, and spontaneous environment that is accepting and nurturing yet challenging: tailoring the practice to the specific needs of the student.

Carole continues her studies with Shiva Rea and the Prana Flow® tribe, and is a Mentor in Shiva Rea's Samudra Teacher Training Program. She is honored to assist Shiva for some of her trainings and events, and hopes the stars align so she can make her first trip to India this year. Carole also works closely with Twee Merrigan, and is the Administrative Assistant for Twee Yoga Collective.

Carole believes in the power of Shakti, and is a Childbirth Educator, Doula, and is certified to teach Prenatal yoga through Gurmukh's Khalsa Way training program & Shiva Rea's Pre/Post Natal Training.

Creating balance in her life, and living her yoga beyond the studio walls, is what life is all about for Carole... creating a yogic lifestyle that bridges yoga practice with pure living.
