Immerse yourself in the rejuvenating power of soaking, meditation, embodying prana vinyasa and desert vision journeys. This in-person retreat offers a local opportunity to unwind, embody, envision, and awaken our seed dreams and wisdom navigation for the new year in a soulful community.
We will soak morning and night and journey into Joshua Tree Park to meditate with the Ancient Stones. We will enjoy meditation, solar-lunar prana vinyasa, prana danda yoga with a staff, rhythm and flow collective drumming, vision process and listening to the ancient landscape in Joshua Tree.
We will dive into the power of healing hot springs, yoga, flow, dance, sacred rest, prana danda and soul community of Wonder Valley Hot Springs for relaxation and self-realization for life-navigation.
We will immerse in the healing powers of the natural hot springs with the perspective of the vastness of infinite night skies. , allowing the warm waters to melt away the tensions of 2023. Shiva and Demetri will guide you through rejuvenating prana flow yoga sessions, to find balance and harmony within your body, mind and soul.

Day and Night Passes:
Full Retreat $325 includes Wonder Valley hot spring soaking days, all transformation sessions, two light meals and two gourmet box delicious vegetarian meals from Kitchen in the Desert, healing teas.
Three Rooms in the retreat house are available as well as some amazing cabins to book directly through Wonder Valley. The passes do not include accommodations.

Book amazing cabins at Wonder Valley, Search Airbnb Wonder Valley, Twenty Nine Palms Joshua Tree Entrance. Booking in expensive hotels such as Holiday Inn in the Desert. This is to give you maximum flexibility. Camp sites are also abundant but Joshua Tree is cold at night so be prepared. We have three rooms available below.
