Ritual Prana Flow - Summer Solstice Journey
In the Ancient Thermal Healing Springs and Aphrodite Temples of Hierapolis, and Aphrodisias, Turkey

We begin in Pamukkale, a UNESCO world hertitage site

Enjoy a pilgrimage to the ancient healing hot springs, temples and holy ground of the Great Mother, Cybele, Rhea and her descendants as Artemis, Apollo and the Goddess of Love, Aphrodite. Our journey includes unwinding into the ancient rhythm and soaking in the same hot springs of ancient pilgrims as we enjoy sunrise (optional balloon ride) for a once in a lifetime view of the ancient hot springs in the unique white limestone terraces, known as travertines.  .

Our journey includes a pilgrimage to Hierapolis, or Sacred City, founded in legend by the god Apollo to honor the original site for Cybele, the ancient great Mother, Goddess of Turkey who rides a chariot of lions. We will enjoy honoring the Solstice peak in a circle of women as we bring ancient rhythms of the tympanum or tambourine and remember when women lived in rhythm. immerse yourself in the healing thermal springs and explore the ancient temples that resonate with the divine feminine energy. This journey is not just a retreat; it's an awakening of the Shakti within through Prana Flow Yoga, movement meditation, and the rhythmic beats of drumming and ancient dance.

June 22nd to 26th, we will continue our journey to Ephesus, walking the sacred pathways where history and spirituality converge. Here, amid the echoes of the past, we will deepen our practice, attuning to the rhythms of our bodies and the wisdom of the earth.

Join us in this sacred gathering of women as we connect, move, and celebrate the power of rhythm and community in a setting that honors both nature and heritage. Together, let us awaken the divine within and embrace the magic of our shared journey.
